 * I have just purchased a site running wordpress and have to move the site and 
   contents to my host.
 * Are there any insructions as how to do this ? My intial attempt on a test site
   has left me without articles.
 * I need to take all the artciles and posts with me , can someone help me or suggest
   a forum where details of how to move to a new host are noted ?
