# Moving Host – Help Please

 * I am in the process of moving host.
 * I have already created a new database with the new host and uploaded all the 
   files to the server.
 * Now I want to transfer my posts ( around 10) to the new host.
 * I have backed up MySql on with my old hosts and the file name looks like this
 * jds_db1.bak.dump
 * Now I want to now how do I import the posts to the new host.
 * Is there a chance I can get my posts back??
