    I’ve created a multisite on localhost, now i’m trying to upload it to a live server.
    and when i open website, link changed from example.com to localhost/example
    So I edit wp-config options
    `define(‘DOMAIN_CURRENT_SITE’, ‘localhost’);
    define(‘PATH_CURRENT_SITE’, ‘/example/’);`
    to

    define('DOMAIN_CURRENT_SITE', 'example.com');
    define('PATH_CURRENT_SITE', 'example.com');

    but i got this message “Error establishing database connection”
    Can anyone tell me how shall I make this website work?

    I recommend if you start a new install of WP network and then upload the theme files, plugins, blogs.dir etc.

    But if you insisted, Have you export the DB and change the wp_options table for site title and site url.

    I cant start a new installation since I had too many work on it, I think it will take me forever to do it all over again.

    if you mean changing wp-config.php DB settings, so ya I did that according to db on server.

    1) Read this http://codex.wordpress.org/Moving_WordPress#Moving_WordPress_Multisite

    2) Did you change the DB info for your live server?
