[Resolved] moving email subscribers?

I just moved my blog (this afternoon) from chocolatemoments.wordpress.com over to chocolatemoments.com (using WordPress.org and Host Gator). I’ve moved my posts, pages, comments, etc. but I can’t figure out how to move my email subscribers. Any suggestions?

Ok I’ve been searching and reading all that I can about this issue, and I’ve learned two things that might help:

    1. I can download a list of my subscribers from my wordpress.com blog to a .csv file. However, I can’t figure out what to do with that file once I’ve downloaded it…is there a way to upload that .csv file to my new blog so that my email subscribers will continue to get my emails?

    2. If not, then is there any way I can just hand-enter each email address somewhere so that those people who subscribed to my old blog with automatically be subscribed to the new one? I’ve looked around but can’t seem to find a place to do that.

Or am I just going to have to ask all my subscribers to go to my new site and re-subscribe? I can’t seem to find another solution, but I’m hoping someone out there might have a better idea.

Someone from the WordPress.com support team was able to move my email subscribers for me.
