Moving/deleting logo and image

Hello all,

First, thank you for a great Theme!
In adapting it to my needs, I am having these issues:

1. I would like to delete the images beside the team paragraphs and have the text visible at all times (so also on mobile view).
2. IF at at all possible, I would like to move the logo to the middle of the top bar (this might not work with navigation?)
3. I would prefer if the top nav bar was a drop down on desktop as well as mobile view.

Would it be possible to do this please?
