# Moving database

 * I’m trying to move my WordPress site to a new server.
 * When I upload the backed up .sql file through PHPMyadmin, it appears as though
   its created the database successfully. I then edit the wp_options accordingly.
 * However, I do not see the database in my Cpanel.
 * Also, even after changing the wp-config file, I am unable to login, even after
   changing the password in the wp_users table in PhpMyAdmin. I also tried requesting
   a new password, but although I’ve confirmed that the wp_users table has my correct
   email, it says that no user exists.
 * Clearly I am doing several things wrong and any assistance would be sincerely
   appreciated.
