# Moving content between wordpress databases

 * I have one wordpress that is completely not working at [http://timothymark.com](http://timothymark.com)
 * I cannot log into the dashboard and I’ve tried every tutorial I can find to get
   back in with no luck. I have resorted to starting a fresh wordpress at [http://timothymark.com/wp/](http://timothymark.com/wp/)
   but I want to backup all the posts & pages from the original wordpress. How can
   I do this via phpmyadmin? Or am I stuck since I can’t access the dashboard?

 * It’s better to figure out why you can’t get into the original site in the first
   place, or you may run into the problem again. This could be the result of something
   you did, something your host did, or a hack on your site.
