# moving blog folder issue

 * I tried to move my blog from the root folder to “blog” folder and now i can’t
   access anything. I backed everything up so I have my previous blog files on my
   pc.
 * so my issue is, how can I revert to my old blog settings and posts and be able
   to log in?

 * you have to edit your new location parameters.
    You can do this by adding some
   codes in your wp-setting file or by editing directly in the database.

 * Is there a way to retrieve my posts (from the backup I have) and put them into
   a fresh installation of WP?
