Moving blog (database) results in wrong encoding and missing content

  • I have moved all files on the webserver to the new location. Then I backuped the database using myphpadmin and imported the sql dump on the new server. That in principle worked.

    However if you look at: http://1268.mchosting.eu/pospiech/studium/prufungen/
    The Umlaut is wrong and all the content is not shown.
    The content is however there if I login and want to edit the side.

    What is going wrong?
