Moving A Single Site From An Existing Multisite Setup To Another Server

I have just taken over a number of sites that are hosted on a multisite setup. I have been provided with assets and database for each site

I have never used multisites before and am confused as to what I need to do to get these sites to run as standalone sites or even on a new multisite network setup.

I wonder if there is anyone here that has managed to do this before and maybe able to help
