Moved wordpress install to new server

I moved a wordpress install to a new server and now the links still point to the old domain name. I changed all references in the database to the new domain name and checked all .htaccess. Everything seems ok, but all the post links still reference the old domain. I know I’ve run into this before, but I don’t remember what the solution was.
