Moved site – template not found

    Hi there,

    we moved our site to a new server and whilst everything else is the same, the account name on the host is different.

    Now when we try to print an invoice we get an error message saying:

    “Template not found!”
    /home/accountname/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips/templates/pdf/Simple/invoice.php

    The accountname is incorrect.

    How can we rectify this please?

    Hi Sam,
    You can simply resave the template settings and it should store the new location. From that point onwards, the path is stored relative to the site base path, so if you ever plan to move again it won’t throw an error anymore.
