Moved Servers at Bluehost, Cant Login As Admin Now

I moved servers at bluehost from a shared server to a dedicated server and I can’t log in now on my website. If i try to log in as admin, it redirects me back to the homepage. if i try to manually enter http://www.mysite.com/wp-admin/ it gives me the “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page” error.

I have been searching the internet for fixes but i cant find any, any help would be highly appreciated.
