Moved host, lost blog

Please help!
I had a wordpress self-hosted blog: http://www.sharonmcneill.com/blog. I just changed hosts from intermedia.com to sitewelder.com, for my main site http://www.sharonmcneill.com. Since then, I was unable to log into my blog, and have tried everything, and sitewelde doesn’t seem to have any idea either.
I have reregistered with wordpress, to http://www.sharonmcneill.wordpress.com, but still can’t access my old info.
