Moved from Zendesk – Best move ever!!

We have 4 businesses that we own and run and were using zendesk with 4 separate accounts, as we simply could not afford their multi-brand system for the users we have.
We decided to look at a much more cost effect system and having several WordPress websites we thought maybe we could spin another one up for our help centre.
After looking around at several other plugins, we decided to go with support candy, as it offered everything we needed.
Being able to customize the look and feel to our brand’s is perfect, and their support is very fast at responding.
So we are now saving a lot of money per month and getting what I feel is a better platform than Zendesk is a bonus.Thank you support candy for making a spot on system.
