moved domain still linking to old stylesheet

I had to move a site to a new domain and server. I uploaded the old sql and changed the blog info in settings to the new site url. I realized the header.php is still linking to the stylesheet from the old domain (which is still up), even though the php is calling for the blog info which should be changed. Is there something I can do to correct this or force a url change somewhere in wp-config?

Should I just hardlink the header.php lines to the new sites css url?
