Moved Blog To New Host And Can't Import XLM File

    I just moved my blog from Blue Host to Go Daddy. I have followed their instructions but now cannot import my XLM file and get this error message:

    Sorry, there has been an error.
    File is empty. Please upload something more substantial. This error could also be caused by uploads being disabled in your php.ini or by post_max_size being defined as smaller than upload_max_filesize in php.ini.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have been blogging for over 3 years and would be starting from scratch if I can’t figure this out.
