Moved and now have issues logging in and Not Redirecting Properly

Moved wordpress from my server http://www.temp.website1.com to a clients http://www.website2.com and can’t get the database connected.
Here’s my steps
Made backups
Disabled permalinks
Switched urls
FTP’d wp to new location
Imported databaseWhen I go to the live page a1professionalrestoration.com I get the “The page isn’t redirecting properly” error
When I go to http://www.a1professionalrestoration.com/wp-login.php, I get the log in page but when I enter my credentials, I does nothing, just refreshes, no error, no login.
What’s going on?
