 * Hi Guys,
 * I want to move my wordpress blog to the root directory of my server.
    So i read
   [http://codex.wordpress.org/Moving_WordPress](http://codex.wordpress.org/Moving_WordPress)
   So far everything is clear. Following points 1) – 5) i would change
 * >  WordPress Address (URL) : [http://www.example.com/az427/wordpress](http://www.example.com/az427/wordpress)
   > 
   > Site Address (URL) : [http://www.example.com/az427/wordpress](http://www.example.com/az427/wordpress)
 * to
 * > WordPress Address (URL) : [http://www.example.com](http://www.example.com)
   > 
   > Site Address (URL) : [http://www.example.com](http://www.example.com)
 * the thing i’m not sure is about, if to leave a “/” behind .com, or not.
    Does
   it make a difference at all?
 * I’m just afraid to destroy something if i’m doing it wrong
