  • I want my blog to be at /blog/. The default site (/) uses /blog/ in its URL anyway, so is there a way I can move it to /blog/?

Yes but then your URL would be /blog/blog/ and all your subsites would have /blog/ in their URLs too. Oh and subdomains wouldn’t work at all.

    Thank you for the reply.

I need WordPress at /blog/ and /comic/, but not at the top level. So that might actually work. Do you mean that posts would appear at /blog/blog/? If so I could change that to /blog/posts/ or something, couldn’t I?

The sanest thing to do may just be to use a separate install for /blog/ and /comic/. I am curious how you would get something at /blog/ with multisite though.

I would install wordpress in http://domain.com and make a static front page to show whatever I want and a separate ‘recent posts’ for my main site as http://domain.com/recent or something.

Then my ‘main’ blog would post everything at http://domain.com/blog/postname or what have you.

I would make a second blog called ‘comics’ and it would use the URL http://domain.com/comics/postname 🙂
