Move the CSS and JS in the footer

    moving JS to the footer can by done by making sure JS is not “forced in header”.

    moving CSS to the footer is by checking the “inline & defer”-option and (ideally) entering the “above the fold CSS” to avoid seeing a unstyled page until the deferred CSS is loaded.
