Move Tagline Under Title | WordPress.org

Hello all,
I am trying to move the Tagline under the Title (I am not using a logo). I tried several snippets posted by rdellconsulting both here and on the theme documentation pages – but only end up making the Tagline overlap the title. Thanks in advance for your help.

The tagline positions perfectly on mobile or when minimized. Would like it to always appear under Title, if possible with this theme.

Change this selector to:
