Move sticky post to another position on home page

Hi,
Wordpress has the possibility to make posts sticky, after which they will always appear on top of the home page. Now I want to move the sticky post to another position, so that it will always appear as 3rd post on the home page.
I’ve been searching for a plug-in that will do this for me, but I can’t find it. Any help would be appreciated!
