Move Stats from old wordpress website to new self-hosted

    Hi! I recently switched my wordpress.com (vivanttang.wordpress.com) website to a self-hosted website (viviantang.co), and I would like to move my stats along with my subscribers over to my new website.

    I was wondering if anyone could help with that here?
