Support » Theme: Twenty Thirteen » Move static home page link in header navigation

  • treysuttle78

I’m using a Twenty Thirteen child theme. I’ve set up a static page title ‘home’ for my home page and have set up my main menu in menus (menu that appears directly under header — ‘menu-top’ I believe.)

It appears that by default the static home page is set in the middle of my other page links. For example, the menu appears in this order: services…portfolio…home…about….contact.

I need home static page to be the first foremost left link on the navigation: home…services, etc. I’ve searched the forums, google, and the theme to try to make this change. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

  • Have you tried dragging the menu item to the top of the menu list in the custom menu admin panel?

Thanks antonietta456. I’ve been looking all through php pages wondering what the world is happening. I had just switched from a different theme and my links were ordered except for the home…I did originally look at the custom nav. but didn’t look close enough!
