Move social media icons above description?

Is there an easy way to change the template so that the social media icons appear above the author’s description? I’ve floated the author’s name to its own line and now would like to float the social media icons to sit next to the name, with the description below both.

i.e.:

Author’s Name here | Social Icon/s here
Description here description here description here description here description here description here description here description here.
