Move simple fields image to wordpress Featured Image

    We have many posts with an image uploaded to a Simple Fields field (‘file’ type), and I was wondering how we could convert those posts so that that image was in the WordPress Featured Image box instead.

    Would a sql script be easiest? Or could it somehow be done with something in functions.php?
