    My name is Kamil and I’ll gladly help you with the issue you’re having πŸ™‚

    Could you please provide me with the URL of your page? I’ll need it to check why the chat doesn’t move on the mobile.

    Many thanks!

    Hi!

    Thanks for writing back.
    I checked and it looks that the code is incorrect.

    Could you please paste the code you’re using to move the widget?

    Thank you in advance!

    Oh really?

    the code is

    @media only screen and (max-width: 980px) {
     /*Edit the 0px number according to your website for mobile*/
         #tidio-chat-iframe {
    	  margin-right: 50px !important;
    	  }
    }

    I took the code from one of your support threads which was posted only 8 months ago.
    https://wordpress.org/support/topic/change-position-of-tidio-chat-icon/
    which says to use the codepen code to move it from here
    https://codepen.io/TidioSupport/pen/xxxGxgN

    or was that for a different widget :-/

    Sorry, this the correct code I have been using!

    @media only screen and (max-width: 980px) {
     /*Edit the 0px number according to your website for mobile*/
         #tidio-chat-iframe {
    	  margin-bottom: 50px !important;
    	  }
    }
