  • Hi jalt_40, I can help you.

This might be easier if I setup for you. Would that be okay?

I would just need access to your site. You can contact me here, and setup new user account in your WordPress dashboard: http://www.studio88design.com/get-in-touch/

Hi Rob and thankyou, i just set up an account for you. I would like to make my plug in with flags, and that the flags shows at the right top besides the social icons.
Also I want to know if its possible to change translations that i dont like that google make automatically.
    Thaks!

Hi Rob i´m having trouble also when selecting the original language on my site it all gets wrong, bad translation not as I wrote it. How can I change the button to flags?

    Hi jalt_40,

I’m very sorry for the lack of response in the past few days. Design work is getting most of my time right now.

I’m looking at your site as of tomorrow morning, and I should have fixed in no time.

    Thanks!

Hi jalt_40, I’m trying to remember if I actually fixed this for you. It looks great as of now. Let me know if there’s anything else I can help with on your website.

Hi Rob – I am new to WP. I want to add the google translator to the site I am now managing. Not sure where to put it. Would like it in the menu but I read your response to that question and it doesn’t sound like that is possible (at least not now). Can you take a look at my site and recommend where to best put it? Also, is there a way to make the white background for the language selection box transparant? It is currently white. Thanks, Susan

Hi (again) Rob – one more thing. I have selected the show language flags box in the plug-in settings but when I activate the widget, all I get is the language drop down selection box. I want to just show the language flags (like Jalt40 did on that site, http://www.avenatura.net Thanks.

Hi Susan L, thanks for you question. I would consider adding under the social media icons in the left sidebar; there’s simply not enough room until you pass up the header. This is very nice site too, so I wouldn’t move things around too much 🙂

I’m not sure what is happening for the flags not showing. I would make sure that you have at least two or more flags selected, just to make sure that the settings are being saved.

Let me know if you need me to take a look, I don’t mind at all. You can do this by providing me a temporary login with password. You can send to http://www.studio88design.com/get-in-touch/

    Thanks so much! Rob

Thanks so much Rob. I figured out the issue with the flags not showing. Thanks again for the quick response.

    Hi Rob,

SOS! I’m having trouble with the plugin. I’ve installed and reinstalled … All I end up with is the code showing up on the site.

Can you advise? What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks.

Laura can you please post your own support topic? This one is marked resolved and those do not often get attention.

It’s the best way to get help for your problem.

Hi Laura, I apologize for a late response.

Would you mind providing a link to your website? I can better visualize the issue if I can see it. And in this case, I will probably need access to your WordPress dashboard at minimum to help you resolve this.

You can create a new user and setup password with admin rights, so that I can take a look. You can send login details here:

Let me know if you want me to help out! Thanks, Rob
