 * Is there a way I can move order **notes field** below down below the last shipping
   field? If so Could anybody help me with this? Because I was not able to find 
   any information about this over internet…

 * I don’t know is a CSS fix is good, but you can try adding this CSS:
 * `form.woocommerce-checkout #customer_details > div{ clear: both; float: left;}`
 * This way you can make further changes to checkout columns.
