    Hello,

    Firstly thanks for creating such a great plug-in!

    Please could you advise how I can move the megamenu panel downwards so that it avoids:

    – overlapping the sticky header (which triggers on scroll)
    – overlapping the site logo in tablet and mobile views.

    My aim is for the top of the mega menu panel to seamlessly meet with the black/semi-transparent header (and use the same black/semi-transparent background).

    Thank you,

    CJ

    Hi CJ,

    In the theme editor, try increasing the menu height.

    Hi Tom,

    Thank you for getting back to me, although I’m struggling to see how to solely adjust the hieght of the menu via Elementor. It appears I’m only able to adjust the height of the section as a whole (which doesn’t produce the desired result).

    Thank you,
    CJ

    Hi CJ,

    The Menu Height option can be found under Mega Menu > Menu Themes > Menu Bar.

    Hi Tom,

    Sorry but now any changes that I try to save in the Mega Menu Themes produces an error:

    Error saving theme. undefined

    Any advice please?

    Thank you,
    CJ

    Hi CJ,

    I see you have increased the height of the menu. Do you still have the problem? Please can you post a screenshot?

    Regards,
    Tom

    I’ve still got the problem. I’ve emailed screenshots of the issue yesterday.

    Hi CJ,

    Where did you email them to? If you are a Pro customer please create a ticket (or if you have one already, reply there instead).

    Otherwise please upload the image to imgur.com and paste the link here.

    Regards,
    Tom

    `Hi Tom,

    I did manage to increase height on a couple of occasions when testing activating/deactivating other plug-ins but only get the opportunity to perform / save one MegaMenu Theme edit before getting the ‘Error saving theme. undefined’ message.

    Hi CJ,

    Thanks.

    For desktop, first look in the elementor settings for the row/column and set any padding options to 0px. If that does not work, use this custom CSS instead:

    .elementor-element-1151a08e .elementor-widget-wrap {
        padding: 0 !important;
    }

    For mobile, try setting the Toggle Bar Height to 100px.

    Regards,
    Tom

    Hi Tom,

    That’s perfect!

    Thanks ever so much for your help and patience!

    We look forward to using the plug-in and exploring the Pro version’s features in other website builds.

    Best regards,

    CJ
