Move header image down into header

Hi,
I’m using the theme twenty twelve on my blog and I finally managed to move the header image into the header and center it, but it shows outside the white background for the header. Can anyone help me fix this? Thank you so much!

P.S. The problem is in internet explorer – tablets are fine.
