I purchased the Gold Cart plugin and activated it on my development site, and now when I tried to move it over to the live site, it obviously won't work because it's connected and activated on the development site. Is ti possible to deactivate it on the development site and then reactivate it on the live site? I have submitted a premium support ticket, but it's been like 2 days since I submitted it and no response. Furthermore, I can't even view it today in my tickets list for some reason. Are they only available to view during their business hours or something? Is thee a solution to my problem?
