Move comment form above comments?

Sincere apologies for the extremely long wait, we have been a bit shorthanded and on the other hand overwhelmed with work during this covid situation.

The way to achieve that would be to install a child theme (https://docs.oceanwp.org/article/90-sample-child-theme), copy the comments.php file from the main theme into the child theme, and then place the comment_form part (currently at the bottom) where you want it to appear.
