Support » Fixing WordPress » Move comment box above comments. Works when logged in/not when logged out

  • http://pastebin.com/uTtiQjen

    Example page: http://www.rockitmembers.us/2011/06/23/gohard/

    I need to move the comment form above the comments, right above:

    <?php if ($comments) : ?>
    <h4 id="Comments"><?php comments_number('No Comments', 'One Comment', '% Comments' );?> for "<?php the_title(); ?>"</h4>

    It works fine when I’m logged in, everything is lined up perfectly but when I log out the page breaks. When logged out it doesn’t show any comments, only “You must be logged in to post a comment” and my right sidebar is all messed up.

    Can anyone help me and tell me what’s going on?
