• We have relatively long forms on our site which pop up from a lightbox when a user enters specific pages.
Therefore, when the Submit button is pressed, most form messages (e.g. “Invalid phone number”, “Cannot Send Form”, “Form Submitted Successfully” etc) are shown at the top of the form, and are therefore invisible unless the user scrolls up.

We believe this might cause frustration and damage conversion.

How can I modify the plugin to display all the generic (non field-specific) messages at the BOTTOM of the form, close to the Submit form?

  • That’s interesting, in any forms that I am making the message does appear at the bottom always without any tweaking needed.

You must have some other plugin taking a charge of where it displays? Maybe the one that you use to pop the form in a lightbox?

P.S. Maybe a link to your website would allow us to inspect the issue.

Hey again mate, I got the solution for you.

place [response] tag under the send button in your form, from that moment all messages will appear at the bottom \o/

    Cheers.
