Move Blog to a Page

Hello,

I currently have a blog and that blog and the posts show up immediately when I type in the website. I want the blog and these posts to be moved to a separate page on the blog. I want to start a new blog on the page that is of a different topic and I also want another page on the blog that is just a home page.

I have been searching for so long and cannot figure out how to do this.

I did go to Settings –> Reading and change the static page to home but then the posts page had no options for me to move my current blog to another page. The only options were About and Home.

If someone could please help me, I would very much appreciate it.
