Move Admin Bar to screen right

Will this plugin allow me to move my admin panel from the left to the right?
There are so many things on my admin panel that I have to constantly move the mouse back and forth because the scroll bar is on the right. The ergonomics would be better if the admin panel was on the same side as the scroll bar.
