Move Ad Injection DATA files to database?

I want to use Ad Injection on a multi-instance AWS installation, however since you save the ad data to the filesystem, there will not be any syncing between servers. If the ad data were to be placed in the database, then all servers could retrieve the ad text.

Is there a plan in the future to do this?
