.mov or .mp4's not playing

    i am new to wordpress.
    i just installed today. and installed the SociallyAwkward theme. I chose it because of its purported ease of blogging videos.
    i have uploaded three videos and none of them are working. all three play fine on my mac.

    what am i doing wrong?
