Hi @threelegsluigi,
could you post a link to your site to see the issue? If it is not public, could you send it to support@nextendweb.com?
Hi,
it is still under construction but here:
http://www.threelegsluigi.com
🙂
Thanks!
By default (when the YouTube video is not started) the scroll worked for me fine. After I started the video I was unable to scroll over the video. (I think this is YouTube fault as their “catch” the scroll and we are unable change Google’s code 🙁 )
If the scroll does not work for you even when the video is not started, could you tell me your operating system and the browser what you use for testing?
Hello and thanks for the quick support!
I am using OS 10.11.5
Tried on:
Chrome “Version 51.0.2704.103 (64-bit)”
Safari “Version 9.1.1 (11601.6.17)”
On both I can ONLY scroll with the keyboard (or if I drag the scroller down with the mouse). But the mouse wheel is not working on either of these browsers.
Thanks – hope you get my problem 🙂
Addition to previous
on Firefox: 38.0.5 it works!!
Thanks for the details. The same thing happened for me in Chrome. I have created a fix for you, but I would like to ask you to try it out. Here you can get it: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/14567896/nextend-smart-slider3-wordpress.zip
First deactivate Smart Slider on your site and delete it. Then upload this package and activate the plugin. You slider will stay in place. Please when you tried out drop us a feedback if it works or not, thanks! 🙂
I had to update the file as I found an issue, now it should be fine. Please download it again, if you did it earlier. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/14567896/nextend-smart-slider3-wordpress.zip
Hello,
thanks for the fix, but i followed your steps and it didn’t work 🙁
I’m so sorry, could you try with this? https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/14567896/nextend-smart-slider3-wordpress.zip
I have to adjust our codes to make it work.
Wohoo, now it works!
Super huge thank you for the quick and fast service!
Best customer service for a long time – did something block the mousewheel?
I’m happy that it works fine! 🙂
We used a library for mousewheel and it turned out that it do not work well the nicescroll library used by your theme. I have removed our library and develop our own methods to handle mousewheel and the issue gone 🙂
The fix will also be part of our next version so feel free to update.
Hello Nextendweb,
got the problem AGAIN! Now just installed an other plugin – check my topic:
LINK
thanks 🙂
Hi @threelegsluigi
Roland entirely re-wrote our mousewheel handle library, so we are using our own now. If you haven’t changed your theme since the problem occurred, I would say that your theme has the conflict with the other plugin, too, so I would suggest contacting your theme devs to completely resolve the problem.
Hello,
I changed the theme and it worked fine, so apparently there is a conflict with the theme. If I shouldn’t get support from my theme hosts is there a way to DIY?
I still have support for 1 month so I hope that muffingroup solves it, but the reviews are not good 😛

Hi @threelegsluigi!
Last time “nice scroll” caused the conflict, so maybe the problem will be with it again. As I see they have an option to turn it off, just you have to login to their site to see it:
