You’ll have to contact support for the Foodie theme.

I have a 27 inch monitor and the slider isn’t visible when scrolled to the bottom of the Executive demo.

Hi Ron. Which demo did you go to? There are two Executive Demos. The link I provided is the one without the Genesis promotional header/footer, and that’s the one that has the same problem, starting on image #3. Also, maybe if you reduce your browser window width, you’ll see it? I promise this isn’t specific to Foodie. Thanks!

Scroll the page up then down. Issue goes away.

If you have issues with the demo sites on Studiopress, please contact them directly.

Yes, but visitors to my site won’t know to do that. This is a plug-in problem, not a Studiopress demo problem. It happens on the Studiopress demos, as well as on my site.

The reason this is a big issue is that my background image is aligned to bottom of page, so when the scroll bar pops up at the bottom of the page, my background image jumps upward to accomodate it. Not a good user experience. Ron, is there any way to fix this? Thanks.

Ron is only one of the plugin authors, and I work with him.

The plugin does not do this on all sites. We use the same slider plugin on more than one theme demo.

Please provide more info like your OS and browser used. The only way I could replicate it was on a small screensize, between a regular desktop window and the ipad window size, and only when I hover over a couple slides.

You can also get support for the Foodie theme direct from the author. If she has seen the issue before, she may have a tip.

And right now it only happens in Chrome.

Megankc – if you want it handled properly, please file a ticket at Studiopress.

We only check these forums a couple times a day as they are not an official support channel.
