# Mouse hover response in block editor

 * I activated the editor’s Top Toolbar view option as it reduces clutter but a 
   downside is the mouse hover response no longer draws a border around the block
   being hovered over. The block type label is shown which is helpful, but in nested
   blocks (container, column) it is not obvious which block the label applies to.
   Is this a bug or by design?

 * When you say there is no longer a border do you mean in the block navigation?
   If possible could you link a picture for me to see the differences please?
