The question is about feasibility to show newly added fields in my-account page. Bug or feature?

dsignweb is asking if the plugin could show captured custom field data on the my-account-page without the need to enter in edit mode. To answer the additional question of Marcelo Pedra: that’s more a feature request than a bug as the data is available backstage and on the customer’s my-account page. To show the data for all custom fields without the possibility to filter what to show, does not seem a good idea to me. I will see if I can offer a solution for this in one of the next updates.

I think it could be absolutely great if the plugin config screen could show another dropdown for the data to show to a customer in the my-account page, and a checkbox to tick if it is allowed to be edited by them. I’m not completely sure if there are WooCommerce hooks/filters to allow that, but it is so extensible that I’d bet there is a solution to this one request 😀
