Mostly works great but need response to support issue

This plugin seamlessly replaced the old version (BP XProfile Custom Fields) that was running on my live site and I’m really grateful for that. It worked perfectly for months and then suddenly the images would disappear when editing a profile and had to be re-uploaded with each new edit. So on the front end it still works but this creates a time consuming issue on the back end. Am still waiting for a response to my support topic I posted 4 weeks ago. If this is resolved I’ll happily change my review rating to 5 stars!
