Most recent post tags overwriting tags on older posts

Has anyone noticed an issue where the post footer showing the tag used show correctly for the post recent post but subsequent posts (I have 3 visible) show the tags from the first post rather than the correct tag.

Is this a known issue?

I can post an example if that helps.
