Most recent post not showing up on home page.

My most recent post isn’t showing up on the home page of other people’s computers, even though they can access it with a link. It is showing up on the home page of my computer. Any help would be greatly appreciated! My site address is http://barbraveling.com and my most recent post is http://barbraveling.com/2014/08/13/07-breaking-free-from-the-idol-of-skinny/. As far as I know, this just started happening yesterday. I did update some plug-ins yesterday but I can’t remember which ones they were.
