Most popular tags per category / tag

    Hello,

    I would like to show a widget like this:

    1) Most popular tags per category if visitor is in that specific category
    2) Most popular tags in a tag if visitor is in that specific tag

    Is there any plugin that does this or with some custom coding? Many many thanks with this!
