 * This may seem like an obvious question. I’ve created my own themes for sites
that use all the same page design. Is it possible to use WordPress for a site
that has a unique design for each page? Well, the header, nav and footer will
be the same but nothing else. Is there a way to put in more than one page.php
or is there another way? Or probably just creating each page in Pages section
   would work.
 * Always think of using WP for sites that have the same basic look so wondering
if it can be done for sites that are mostly static, all unique pages and a page.
 * Thanks in advance. Hope this makes sense.

 * You can use [page Templates](http://justintadlock.com/archives/2009/03/13/page-templates-the-untapped-potential-of-wordpress)
or use different classes for your body – tag and have different css for different
   pages (I use [ClassyBody](http://www.alistercameron.com/2007/01/04/wordpress-plugin-classybody/)
   Plugin for that)
 * Depends on HOW DIFFERENT your pages are supposed to be!

 * Thanks for those links. The thing about these pages is that some will have a
sidebar, some will have no sidebar and some will have two sidebars.

 * Then you could try using the “[per-page-sidebar](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/per-page-sidebars/)”
widget I just now discovered. Love it!

 * And different sidebar-setups will work with page templates.
