Support » Plugin: Simply Static » More than one page in simply static

  • I’m using simply static to host a site on github pages. I get the homepage/index.php page to convert, but I don’t know how to get any of the other pages to convert to static. Is there a way to get this plugin to convert all pages to static?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • I am facing the same problem. can someone help with this please?

I experienced the same thing, when running the export on a Dreamhost server it only exported the homepage and didn’t create the others… The odd thing is that I ran the exact same WP install on a local machine using MAMP and it exported all pages correctly.

I a similar issue on a site running PHP7.4, which was fixed by running the site on PHP7.2.

@markauk, I was having the same issue till I read your comment, thank you! Works fine with php 7.2 (all files exported, layout fine)

Under PHP 7.4 just activate debugging and it works like a charm.

Although my page and file URLs are accessible on the browser (given the dashes are corrected to /) e.g.

    http://localhost/wp-content/uploads\2013\06\cd_1_angle-1000×700.jpg

In the export log I see them as not being exported with a 404 error…

@thehugen how did you activate debugging? I’m still struggling with my website because of its php… and I can’t go to 7.2 either cuz I’m working from a local host. Can anyone help??
